Both Tesco and Asda round here have them, although not in every aisle.
Some Waitrose stores even have "self billed" systems where you scan
your own items on a hand held scanner as you put them into your
trolley, and then just pay the bill it shows at the checkout (they
check a random sample of trolleys to deter attempted theft).
AIUI, you can cancel an item and take it back out of the trolley, if
you don't like the price shown.
