First port of call would be a registered pharmacist.
Explain the situation and they may well be able to dispense without a
prescription.
Many drugs not on the shelf are available over the counter without
prescription - even morphine for instance.
Some drugs might require them to contact your GP or at least the practice to
confirm that the prescription is in force and you might be asked to confirm
ID. They are not likely to give you drugs that might harm a healthy person
(e.g. insulin) without being sure that you need them.
Obviously if the pharmacist thinks you are trying it on to get drugs for
illegitimate purposes then s/he will call the police.
