Subject: I wonder what Blair will say to this

Does the Prime Minister support:

b) The appointment of Kerry Magill as a Crown Court Judge knowing
that
Magill's appointment was payback from the West Yorkshire Police (WYP)
command for Magill's work on the defence of Peter Sutcliffe (The
Yorkshire Ripper) case and his work on the defence of Supt. Dick
Holland

c) In brief would the prime minister have supported the dropping of
serious fraud charges into the firm of Lumb and Kenningham of which
Magill was a junior partner at the time of Sutcliffe's trial by the
same West Yorkshire Police who were prosecuting Sutcliffe: Advise
given to police and L&K by DPP officer David Kyle

d) If the PM had known that the West Yorkshire police were
investigating the firm of L&K for 12 months prior to Sutcliffe's
prosecution and that the same police who were prosecuting Sutcliffe
had recommended prosecution of L&K in December 1980; one month before
Sutcliffe was caught would the PM have considered Sutcliffe got a
fair
trial?

e) Would the PM consider it fair and proper to prosecute a man like
Sutcliffe (who is mad and certainly murdered some of the so called
ripper victims) if he had known that the WYP senior command and L&K
knew that blood samples and the bite marks on 7 of the victims were
different to Sutcliffe's?

f) As the PM knows, Magill would several years after the Sutcliffe
trial defend Dick Holland (Supt of WYP ) on charges of perverting the
course of justice (Holland had fabricated the confession of Stephan
Kiszko for a murder he did not do, Kiszko was put in jail for 16
years
on the fabricated evidence of Holland.

Is it possible to conclude that 2 murders are therefore still at
large.

Tony Holland.
