Mike, I kicked the sleeping pills cold turkey when I ran out of
money. Being poor has it's advantages. I have money now (a little)
but no longer need or desire sleeping pills - which means there is
hope for you too. I actually love to sleep and have no problem
falling asleep anymore, but here's the catch - you need to TURN OFF
your brain in order to do it. Screw mind control, Mike, they're not
worth it - you're better than them. They're just wasting your bloody
time that could be spent on more productive things. Do you like to
read? I find reading cases to be quite relaxing. Just find something
to read that you find enjoyable.
