Fitted anywhere in particular? A mate's flat that you claim to be using
as your London address - but actually you usually stay somewhere else.

I reckon that, if they are getting their rent paid - the landlord can
buy the kitchen. And if they are getting their mortgage paid - they can
buy their own kitchen.

Better, build a block of flats in Chelsea Barracks and provide one each
to all non-London MPs. It may need two blocks. Give them a catchy name,
like "London Twin Towers".
