Maybe there are no freemasons in England's courts but some judges can
be terribly prejudicial and perform their function illegally and
therefore criminally?
Judge Timothy King refused to listen to my evidence. He denied me my
right to a jury trial in order to keep the lid on this massive cover
up and scandal of the Ripper walking the streets and still committing
murders in England. He lied in his own court and its on the taped
transcript, that I had not put in a request for a jury in the correct
manner and in time, when the papers were under his nose. He refused to
see them.
King denied me the right to question Chris Gregg and his witnesses who
had written statements in support of Gregg on the record.
He denied me my right to bring my own witnesses to prove my
allegations.
Judge Timothy King made a summary judgment and went to great lengths
to deny me the right to appeal his corrupt and perverse summary order.
King has brought British justice to a new low and is unfit to sit as a
judge in any court.
It should be a surprise to people who look for legal advice in this
group to see posters who support such summary justice with no right to
appeal it.

Judge King's order is criminal, illegal and perverse and I treat it
with the contempt it deserves.
I'm pretty certain King wouldnt dare sue me for libel because I have
all the evidence in the transcripts of the court of the way he
perverted the justice system and the due process to enter judgment in
favour of this corrupt policeman.
My appeal has been submitted by registered post yesterday the 26th
march and I now await the permission of the court of appeal to allow
the appeal to be heard, and that appeal will ask the court that a jury
trial be convened to defend my allegations against the claim which was
designed to silence me with the help of this corrupt judge.
King was performing as if he was living in the seventeenth century
with his summary justice.
British justice has been brought to a new low in the hands of judge
King.
His judicial crime of perverting the course of justice was reported to
Charing Cross police on the evening of the 10th March and is under
police investigation. Sargeant Bean and acting Sergeant Cairney were
the policemen who took the complaint in Charing Cross police station.
There are a lot of decent policemen about and not all are corrupt like
Chris Gregg.
King did all this on the grounds that he considered that my defence or
appeal would have no real prospect of success and therefore in his
opinion he entered summary judgment and refused leave to appeal. Its a
very conventient cop out for someone out to justify his perversion of
the course of justice.
I dont think that the European courts will share King's grand
illusions of summary justice.
This could not happen in the republic of Ireland.
