This one is too easy.
By law, a buyer and seller CANNOT conspire with each other. If they are
co-conspirators, they have to be on the same side of the transaction.
Two people can conspire to sell drugs, and two others can conspire to
buy drugs. But when the four meet up to carry out their agreement, they
are not all in a conspiracy with each other.
