How is 40% to 80% of 6.25 tenths of a gram over 500 milligrams? Your
math, like your thinking, is backwards.

As I said, your math (like your thinking) is backwards.
If someone has 800 milligrams of white powder on them, and it is 50%
pure cocaine, then they are possessing 400 MG of pure cocaine. This is
not a felony in NY.
If the person possesses 2 grams of white powder, and it is 50% pure
cocaine, they are possessing one gram of pure cocaine, which is double
the limit needed for it to be a felony.

Do you know how many hits can be taken from a gram of pure cocaine?
Here's a hint: if its not mixed with a mixing agent, you're dead. |
