Yes - and if you look at the diagrams and charts they are clarifying
in layman's terms what the Directives mean. This is probably so that
the .wits at the Mail will not say something like " EU forces bus
company to dump passengers every half hour" - oh - hang on a minute.
I know which I would prefer over drivers of buses driving for 8 hours
a day non-stop - 7 days a week and sensible regulations.
