It's not even as if he's using the publicity to tell us about his theories.
The killer evidence is supposedly that some of the Ripper's victims were
killed in different ways. We aren't told what the differences were, or who
said they were significant - just that all the killings weren't identical.
If he'd done some actual research, I'd expect something like -
Victim #1 - Initials RS carved into left shoulder.
Victim #2 - Initials RS carved into left shoulder.
Victim #3 - Initials RS carved into left shoulder.
Victim #4 - No such marks.
Victim #5 - No such marks.
Sutcliffe convicted due to evidence relating to #4 and #5. No evidence
linking him with the original 3 murders. And so on. That might be the kind
of thing one could look at and agree with, or disagree. As it is, there's
nothing there. It's not even wrong.
