Oh indeed, BA have lost my luggage seven times, Easyjet twice, Alitalia
I have lost count, Ryanair never.

But let's not rely on anecdote -

BA Second worst in Europe for lost luggage 26.5 bags delayed and 23 bags
missing for every thousand passengers.

Ryanair, one bag lost/missing for every thousand passengers.

Does an Es. laptop come with a turbo and white slingbacks? Or is it
distinguished by the presence of a drooling trough and knucklepads?
