That's rubbish, a Judge will not decide on a case based on what people wear.
Do you actually know any or speak to them to find out what they think! You
might find that they know people will try and pull that stunt. They do in
criminal cases. Being polite and being clear goes a long way in putting a
case over I will agree.
Why were two sets of papers sent in one envelope? I know it saves costs but
you have to think that some people are genuinely thick and will staple
everything together paying no attention to TWO sets of claims. Check it
states you can do this in the terms and conditions as some of them are a bit
odd, almost falling foul of the Unfair Contract Terms Act.
I would take it to Court - go for it. Then next time, don't fall for the
cashback contrick.
