I never claimed it is, though whether 5% over a certain number is "far
more" than that number is subjective.
I stated that most people who are charged with possessing 500 mg of
cocaine or more are in possession of far more than a gram of white
powder that is cocaine and mixing agents. You've shown that generally
the minimum someone can possess to realistically face a charge under
this section is 1.05 grams.
