Your comment, "This guy started out in children's homes" tells a very
sad but not uncommon tale. Children's homes, or the previous abuse
and/or neglect that lead children there, are one of the most certain
predictors of a life of crime. When you damage the child beyond repair,
it is no surprise the adult keeps returning to jail.
