I sent a item yesterday that had to be delivered today, so was Special
Delivery £20.70 + £2 for Sat Delivery

I also paid for Cons Loss £1.45 for £1000

The reciept says Special Delivery by 1pm

The item was delivered at 13.28pm

The guy it was delivered to can't be sure the time that the postman put on
the slip so knowing me Ill fail to win this,

Do I have a case here as he is a witness (ther was 2 people at the time RM
Called) or if RM have put before 1pm on the slip either after or before he
signed is that it case over.

Its so frustating I should have called him really to explain the situation.
The time of the item delivered does not come up on the RM site.

gutted :(
