Win what? Is someone charging you some expense or refusing you some
bargain etc. on account of an alleged lateness of delivery? Maybe you
could give some general description of how the recipient's allegation that
the item was presented at 1:28pm caused you a consequential loss.

You appear to have a good claim against the Royal Mail for their delivery
guarantee plus the compensation you bought against consequential loss if
there was some consequential loss.
