Interestingly *exactly* the same things were said of a certain George
"W" Bush, before January 2001 ...

Boris is *not* a buffoon. I wouldn't go as far as to call him devious,
cynical and manupulative, but have you ever wondered how Claudius
became Emperor ? In the same way Bush is not a buffoon. As a few
(largely ignored) political commentators in the 90s warned, you don't
get to fly Convair F102s by being an idiot.
