I thing it is very ambiguous indeed, most TV programmes are pre-recorded,
and repeated, sometimes in the same week or even hour as for BBC24. Hence
it is difficult to distinguish with (same time as transmitted on TV),
especially since I have no TV receiver. I assume that TVLA is deliberately
obtuse in order to frighten people to cough up the TV Tax, AKA TV licence. |
