On http://news.bbc.co.uk/

The link near the top that says "> LIVE BBC NEWS CHANNEL" requires a TV
licence. The other links that say "> Watch" do not.

Similarly on http://www.itv.com

The box at the side which says "Pick a LIVE channel to watch" needs a TV
licence. The links in the "CATCH UP" section do not.
