Yes, I am well aware of what the term means. I repeat, what do you
believe the relavence is to this particular thread?

Analysis of information on a HDD is something that can, and usually
does take place *after* the event.

Bringing up "tempest" in a thread about data security on a HDD is akin
to bringing up "CCTV" in a thread about fingerprint analysis.
