hooter that. I'll drive within (often quite a long way within) the limits
on roads that merit it, I'm damned if I'll obey arbitrary limits with no
credible reason for existing.

various bum-brains oop north the other day, slowed to 27 mph 'cos there was
a gatso... on a 50 mph limit dual cabbageway.. Very good for road safety.
