That would seem a more legitimate use of police time, instead of just
harrasing them, how about enforcing the existing law. I wonder when the last
time a kid riding a bike with no lights at night was either prosecuted or
given a warning? I see it all the time. You can pick the sodding things up
in Poundland, for erm, a pound!
