My dear my mate and I are off out for dinner tonight, but, if you are
honest and want to learn from me, why not begin with 3 things and then
we can see how far we can get. The three things i offer which you dont
need any experience for are:
1. Define and confirm my partnership via any mechanism you think fit.
2. Work out a time line for the investigation of the tax office and
plod.
3. Tell me what you consider the breaches where with a) a legal
practising certificate, b) continued legal advise if you conclude my
ex partners were in breach of there practising certificate.
