It may do , all depends on what facilities are on site , is he on route
etc etc
Yes if he is authorised to use the vehicle , and he stops on route or
within close proximity of the route , drivers are entitled to a break ,
all subject to any weight restrictions on the road
All the guy needs to say is i needed to go to the toilet
