Only in the absence of all other details.

The fuller report posted by Cub Reporter makes it clear, I think, that the
defendant was convicted and that the judge imposed a 3 year community order
rather than a custodial sentence, evidently taking the view that he did not
believe the probation officers who thought the defendant was dangerous and
predatory. That of course is a judge's right. I think he probably did impose
too mild a punishment. But nevertheless, as a separate issue, it may be
true that the girl welcomed . and was inappropriately aware of .. I'd
regard that as a sign of past abuse or maybe a sign of bad parenting, and
certainly not something for which anyone should "blame" the girl, but I
suppose in weighing up all the evidence it is not unreasonable to take into
account the fact (if fact it is) that the girl seduced the man.
