A very close friend of mine tells me that from the age of around 11, he
hung around public toilets in his school uniform in order to pick up men
for .. He and one of the men he picked up were caught one time by the
police, at which stage he began to cry and to tell the police a pack of
lies about how he was just using the toilet when the bad man came in and
touched him.
An 11 year old may not be "fair game", but nor is it fair to assume the
20 yo was the instigator or to disregard the judge's view of the girl's
level of responsibility for what happened.
