Lay on the floor face up roll over onto one side, roll over to face
down position then to the other side and finally to your original
position. There is no point at which the cervical vertabrae are
supported by the floor.

Simulation:

Place a stick on the floor then stand on it. Next place a brick under
one or both ends of the stick and stop on it again. Isn't this how we
could break a stick?

I would have thought it obvious really.
