I'd have popped down with an angle grinder and had the boot off. Only=20
clamps I wouldn't treat like that are Local Authority ones/DVLA - any=20
other cowboys get them removed and dropped at a local police station for=20
them to collect. (Local being local to me when I drop it off... which=20
could be some distance away)
