Ask to see the property record, it's no big deal. As for your previous
question, yes there are somethings that will not be given to you, for
example, things that are unlawful to possess, things believed to be the
proceeds of crime (not withstanding the fact that you are not suspected of
being involved in that crime), meds and so on and so forth.
