This is an interesting reply....
Can someone say, is there a law that allows the police to give lost
property back to the finder after 3 months? Which law is it? For there
to be an exception for mobile phones the law would have to have been
updated VERY recently. Was this copper correct to withold the phone
from the finder? If he was not correct how could it be challenged? |
