That surely can't be what's meant ....who wrote that .Did they mean
what you suggest ?

The AOC is 16 in this country and aiui is at least 16 in all EU
countries .Surely they don't mean if you have . with someone of
16-17 you can be charged on your return to this country .

If such a case ever gets to court it will be interesting ....what if
the couple are from this country and have a Civil Partnership ?

This is MAD if I read it right .
