The OP says "We have also raised the age of a child for these purposes
from 16 to 18". That would suggest to me that they intend to make it
an offence to have . with a 16-17 year old abroad. Of course, this
is usenet, and as such I reserve the right to be misinformed,
misinterpret the article, or just be plain wrong.
As you say, it would make for an interesting court case if my
interpretation is correct. |
