Translation ...
The officer asked for his name and address and teh ignorant .er
decided that the law shouldn't apply to him and walked off, after being
given numerous opportunities to comply with teh law - witnessed by teh
fact that the officer actually allowed him to walk from the scene rather
than actually arrest him then and there as he was entitled to in view fo
the .ers refusal to supply name and address the snotty little cunt
continued to refuse to supply his name and address as required leaving
teh officer with no option but to make an arrest.
After discovering that the law applied equally to little shits who think
that they are far to middle class to have to speak with a police officer
as it does to any other person the ignorant went to the papers and a
last attempt to avoid the consequences of his own action.
