I am so sorry, I really didn't appreciate that the law on littering
didn't apply to 50 year olds. FFS the old git should have given his name
and address when asked. It really is as simply as that, because he
continually refused to do so he was eventualy arrested.
Not his continued refusal to comply with the law lead to his eventual
arrest. No over zealousness, no jobswrthness - just him behaving like a
cunt and and not liking the consequences of his own action.
