There will be the PCSO and a couple of real coppers who will
swear on their mothers eysight what they are saying in their
statements is true. I.e they will lie like . as they always do.

They had to drop the obstruction charge as refusing to give your name and
address in those circumstances is not obstruction or against the law, wonder
what he was arrested for.
