If this was discovered, you would be prosecuted in the UK for breaking
*UK* law.

But if you took your 16 year old partner to a country where the age of
consent is 18 and have . in your hotel room, then no action could or
would be taken against you by UK authorities (unless under possible
extradition proceedings).
