Cub Reporter got hold of the wrong end of the stick completely on this
one.

If you read the actual law, it modifies clause 72 of the .ual
Offences Act 2003 somewhat, but it still only allows prosecution for
acts carried out abroad if those acts would have been a crime if
carried out in this country.
