(apologies for the late reply on this, i'd been marking the entire
thread as read due to the amount of replies)

Gangs of kids causing trouble - the majority of police vehicles I see
now in Liverpool are CCTV vans.

I've yet to see a single one intervene or otherwise engage in real
policing yet.

Absolutely (i'm sure you knew, but I was referring to alcohol).

There are times and places, and I don't believe street corners or
parks are the place. If they're old enough, they can drink in a pub,
otherwise in their own (or someone elses' home) under adult
supervision.
