Yes. Although AFAIK if you're the operator of the equipment being used to
make the recording then you're exempt from criminal liability (but not
civil liability).

If all parties to the conversation were aware that it was being recorded
then you're free to give that recording to a third party even without the
consent of people being recorded. |
