Subject: Child Maintenance Posted on: Mon, 12 May 2008 17:33:18 +0100

I understand that the CSA will not investigate an absent parent who works
cash in hand. What view will the courts take when considering a financial
settlement when the is no prospect of getting child maintenance from the
parent without the custody (ok not the right legal term).
The other parent is seeking to gain the maximmum from the matrimonial home
and pension but has not declared overseas properties or the cash in hand
income.
