Just to add. I would have worked for the company for just over one year.
Holidays run from Jan- Dec . 20 days per year.
I would, if I left during my holidays (July), have only done roughly 7 1/2
months since Jan 1st, so would I only be entitled to two weeks holiday (I've
already had one week in Jan)?
If so, what happens when you have had your holiday? What if I handed my
notice in on the 2nd week of my holidays, went back and worked my weeks
notice? Would I owe THEM money??
