Damn why didn't I think of that. We get a lot of illegal parking round
my way and I think a lot of motorists don't pay their tax. I guess if
the police and traffic wardens start leaving polite notes people will
stop doing it. I also guess it would then be such a pleasant job that
the police/wardens wouldn't need paying to do it.
