Holiday entitlement is usually worked out on a pro-rata system , so your 20
days would be 1.67 days per month worked.
After 7 and a bit months (assuming the holiday year starts with the calendar
year) you'll be entitled to 11.67 days - they may round this up to 12 for
the part month
If you have taken more than this at the point of leaving then they can
deduct the wages for the extra days from your final pay check.
If you have taken less than this you'll typically be paid for the earned but
not taken holiday.
