oh you will only get prorata holiday paid, work six months, get six
months of holiday.
but if they try anything iffy, write a letter to them, ask to see how
the last pay has been calculated, in writing not by phone. if they try
anything at this point you will probably get an appology and a
correction. since if they try a fast one in writing you will get it
back, and probably more by suing them, and they will know this.
but find out how many holidays you get for each month works, find out
how many you have taken, and thus how many you get left. technically
this is all you can take off in your notice period, anything else has to
be unpaid leave, with their permission or they will argue breach of
contract and you may not see the last payslip at all.
be careful and don't take the urine and you will be fine, and be paid
for part of your holiday to boot |
