It means that it is something you made up. What makes you believe
that it happens to *anyone* to any significant degree?

I could invent similar scenarios involving antisocial and harassing
behaviour from geriatrics or any other social group. I do not see
any reason why the police need to act to prevent a figment of my
imagination.
