Why do they need to borrow? The increased tax receipts on petrol that
is now 115p a litre should more than cover =A32.7 billion!

They should be cutting taxes across the board to try and save this
company from recession, but it doesnt look like they have any interest
in doing so, because they know they've lost the general election, so
they may as well . it up as much as they can and blame it on the
conservatives.
