having worked with acetic acid, in various strengths, it always amazed
me the precautions and risk assessments required to use 3% concentrate
or test it etc.
we discussed this in the canteen, where vinegar was of course present,
i.e. acetic acid at 5%... funny we didn't need the safety kit in there.
