Pay the bill and call the press. Heartless bastards.

I must piss the council off here no end. Everytime they hold a fire-alrm
test they don't bother to tell anyone. I happily go out breaking glass
as I go and just glare at them if anyone comes to "have a word".

Oh, I travel from place to place regularly as part of my job.
