There would be the little matter of evidence, of course.
And actually, that little matter does mean that in *practical* terms,
this new law will only apply to the type of situation it was intended
for (namely somebody taking a child out of this country in order to
have . with them i a jurisdiction where it is legal).
The only way they are ever going to get evidence of somebody carrying
out a .ual offence against a child abroad, when it is not an offence
in that jurisdiction, is directly from the child or their parents, on
return to the UK.
