Subject: Disputed Credit Card Charge From Trip In USA Posted on: Thu, 15 May 2008 07:30:52 +0100

On a holiday recently in The US we booked two trips via "Travelocity On
Vacation in Las Vegas", the first a Grand Canyon tour and the other a coach
trip . The first went ok but we were unable to complete the second as the
coach broke down. We paid by credit card, $700 for the Grand Canyon and $110
for the coach trip, making a total of £400 for both trips. I have emailed
travelocity 4 times regarding a refund but they have ignored my request so
what are my rights if I approach my credit card supplier (MBNA).
Travelocity were acting as agents for the tour operators and did not supply
the transport, only the tickets for it.
